Persona 5 Review

Persona 5 is the long awaited sequel to the highly popular Persona 4 which was released back in 2008 for the PS2. This games follows the life of the silent protagonist who is an everyday Japanese high school kid by day and a hero of justice by night. In the game, the player uses Personas, physical manifestations of a person’s desires to combat evil adults who have caused grievances to the player’s friends, families or society as a whole.

The game uses a turn based system of combat where they are allowed to field a maximum of 4 characters to combat various foes.
This a massive game taking me 80 hours on the easiest difficulty and 120 hours on the most difficulty play through.

The game incorporates an anime themed visual design incorporated with Japanese music to give the player a sense of gameplay in an anime world.

I’m happy to announce that this game is one of the best video games currently available on the PS4 and easily the best game of 2017. Pluses for this game include story, gameplay, side missions and visual designs.

Final Score 97/100
